This is the first time that I am trying to evaluate what all blogging tools there are and am trying out a few things to my other blog. Will just list them out here so that I can continue working from them from here :)

1. Using google webmaster to index my pages.
2. In here there were two main steps - validation of the site and adding a sitemap.
3. The validation was simple in the sense that the webmaster itself uploaded the validation file and I just had to follow the instructions for that.
4. The sitemap was slightly trickier - but then one google gave me the URL to this site - http://www.bloggerbuster.com/2007/06/upload-your-blogger-sitemap-to-google.html and voila, the sitemap is also fixed.
5. Created a feedburner using the atom feed that was already present for my blog site.
6. I thought about ad-sense but decided against it. Did not like the idea of my blog having all these links by the side etc...
